Art Escape

From painters, jewelers, potters, and sculptors to woodworkers and performers, Bayfield’s high-quality art scene is worth celebrating. The first-ever “Art Escape” is a nine-day celebration of all things art across Bayfield County and Madeline Island. It was held September 10-18, 2022. Dates for 2023 are still being determined.

Area artists will be able to feature their art at a time and date chosen by the artists. This is a prime opportunity to showcase your art via live demos, art classes, and open houses and be included in the Bayfield Chamber and Visitor Bureau Art Escape directory.

Experience the arts through demonstrations, and open houses, and create your own masterpiece through a class.  Come see why so many are inspired by the natural beauty of Northern Wisconsin and create your own Art Escape during this week-long art extravaganza.

Kicking off Art Escape will be the Bayfield Festival of the Arts and Gallery Tour, at Memorial Park. Dates for 2023 are still being determined.
