Kids 10 and under are invited to join the Apple Dumpling Gang! Members of the Apple Dumpling Gang get some very special treatment every year at Apple Festival.
The Grand Parade closes out the weekend of festivities in Bayfield. This year we are proud to bring back The Pipes and Drums of Thunder Bay and the Mass Band, crowd favorites!

ORCHARD EVENTS
- Bayfield Apple Company – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Check out the Farm Store filled with locally made goodies including, but not limited to, fresh and sustainably made apple cider, hard cider, granola, jams, jellies, butters, and fruit mustards as well as free range pork products and caramel apples. Self-guided orchard tours with five butterfly houses. Walk through the cider house and see how the apples are processed! There will also be a food vendor on site. There are at least 25 varieties of sustainably grown apples and pears. Lots of parking available!
- Erickson Orchard & Country Store–Friday, Saturday & Sunday-9 a.m. to 5 p.m.-Fun and games, music, tours, everything apple! Full bakery (makes sure to grab an apple stick), food and craft vendors, hay rides, and orchard maze for the kids! Pick your own Cortland and McIntosh apples, already picked Honey Crisp. Erickson’s grows about 12 varieties of apples. LIVE MUSIC: September 25 and October 2 Noon-5pm.
- Hauser’s Superior View Farm–Friday, Saturday, & Sunday—10 a.m. to 5 p.m.-Enjoy festival food at the farm including smoked pork sandwiches with apple butter BBQ sauce, caramel apples, jam, apples, apple butter and Apfelhaus Cidery —handcrafted hard cider—tasting daily!
Saturday and Sunday Special Events—10 a.m. to 5 p.m.-Pony rides, hayrides, and free parking and free shuttles to and from downtown Bayfield. - Wineries on Betzold Road – Friday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Enjoy wine tasting alongside the grapevines. Also try hot mulled wine, non-alcoholic hot cider, and non-alcoholic sparkling cider floats.
- FREE shuttles–Pick-up and drop off location in Bayfield is at the intersection of Front St. & Washington Ave.
