Vendor Information

The Bayfield Chamber and Visitor Bureau holds the city-wide permit for all outside sales during the Bayfield Apple Festival. This permit is required for all sales and exhibits during the festival. 

Vendor applications for the 64th Annual Apple Festival to be held October 2-4, 2026 are now available.

If you are a past vendor, an application has been emailed to you.  If you did not recieve one, please contact us or fill out the fillable PDF at the link below. 

If you are a new vendor, you will be able to view and download the fillable application at the links below. Please MAIL your application and checks to the Bayfield Chamber and Visitor Bureau.

We are careful in our selection process to ensure that the offerings are not repetitive, resulting in higher sales for those vendors accepted into the festival.

Booth Fees MUST be paid by check.

About the Bayfield Apple Festival.

The festival draws approximately 60,000 people throughout the three-day event to the City of Bayfield. 

Vendor MUST attend all three days of the festival. The Farmer's Market is FRIDAY and SATURDAY only. 

The festival’s attractions are many: an arts and crafts fair, grand parade, apple peeling contest, raffles, kids’ carnival, live music, and a large variety of food items.
