Over 100 artists from 9 states will gather for one of Wisconsin’s largest art shows on Saturday and Sunday July 26-27th from 10am - 5pm at
Bayfield’s 46th annual Festival of Arts.

This juried arts & crafts show is held annually in Memorial Park on the shores of Lake Superior in downtown Bayfield. This year five participants will be awarded "Best in Show" champions with $100 prizes. 2007 "Best of Show" winners were:
- Kurt Buffalo, Buffalo Jewelry
- Deedee Eckels, Eckels Pottery
- Duke Klassen & LaDes Glanzer, Jewelry
- James Harkenrider, Glass
- Cynthia Harper, Mixed Media
In addition to exhibitors in Memorial Park, Bayfield artists will open their studios and galleries to visitors with open houses, demonstrations, and special sales as part of a gallery tour held in conjunction with the festival in the park.
Visitors will find a wide selection of pottery, painting, jewelry, sculpture, and glass among Bayfield’s studios, and the opportunity to view the artists at work during this arts weekend.
Bayfield was recently named as one of the best places to live and work as an artist in “The Artist’s Magazine”, a national fine art publication.
