Blueberry Crunch - Amber Vittone and Mary Siewert(my mom) Groove Haus Bistro
1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple
3 C fresh Blueberries
1 Stick melted butter
1 C chopped nuts
3/4 C Sugar
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1/4 C Sugar
Butter a 9x13" dish. Spread pineapple in the bottom. Add Blueberries. Add 3/4 C sugar over the Blueberries. Sprinkle the cake mix on top. Drizzle melted butter on the cake mix. Sprinkle nuts and 1/4 cup sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins. Remove from oven and cut into strips. Put back in oven and bake 15-20 mins until brown.
